Escrow and management companies please contact us for a quote on loan signings and scan back fees.

Travel fee's are calculated separately and agreed upon prior to arrival based on travel time and mileage.

We accept: Cash, Mastercard, Visa and Zelle a receipt will be provided.

Identification is required at time of notarization: Current Drivers license, California ID, Passport Current Military ID with photo and physical description or a creditable witness or 2 witnesses that know the signer.

If the notary arrives and the signer is unable to provide Identification or doesn't agree to the notarization the travel fee will still be apply.
